Initial training from Smt. Radha Kalayanaraman and Sri Neyveli Sankar
Smt. Bhuvana Karthik was initiated into Carnatic music at the age of 5 and received initial training from Smt. Radha Kalayanaraman, grand daughter of Brahmasri Papanasam Sivan, and Sri Neyveli Sankar, grandson of Nagarkoil Harihara Iyer. She passed Higher Grade in Carnatic Music with distinction through the Government Technical Examinations, Tamil Nadu. A gold medalist from CEG, Anna University, and a software engineer by profession, she chose Carnatic music teaching by passion. She completed her MFA in Carnatic vocal, is pursuing Thevara Isai Kalaimani from Annamalai University, and continues to learn from Smt. Kamala Ramani, disciple of Vid. DK Pattammal and Vid. Nedunuri Krishnamurthy.

A management executive by profession and musician by passion, Sri Ram Prasadh Raghavan has trained in Carnatic music, mridangam, violin, Tamil Thirumurai Isai, and Harikatha. With Bhuvana, he shares Sanathana Dharma through the Neyveli Duo tradition.
